through izzie's work as a singing teacher, they believe that in order to inspire and see improvement in performers, it is crucial to first develop confidence, through techniques that encourage both vocal and character development. through their work with more experienced performers, they believe it is crucial to develop strong links of communication and to set specific targets for growth while taking more of a focus on performance qualities such as connection to the text and audience engagement.
